This day, we had the incredible opportunity to deepen our understanding of mentorship in politics.

We recognized that mentorship is an interpersonal relationship that supports, exchanges, and fosters learning. An experienced individual guides someone seeking to grow and acquire new skills. This relationship thrives on effective communication, mutual commitment, clearly defined goals, trust, active listening, respect, and availability from both parties.
